Dear Partner,
Effective 18th November 2025 at 06:00 HRS (UTC+3), all Sandbox API User and API Key values created before that date will be invalidated and will return a 401 Unauthorized error.
After this update, you will be required to generate a new pair of API User and API Key to successfully test on the Sandbox environment.
Please note:
This change applies only to Sandbox credentials and will not affect your production credentials, if already provisioned.
Existing subscription keys will continue to work.
